82jl's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 82jl's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

82jl reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering, failure to complete KYC verification, or regulatory requirements.
Upon termination for cause, 82jl may withhold any balance in your account pending investigation. If no wrongdoing is established following investigation, any legitimate balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method.
You may close your account at any time by contacting 82jl support. Upon voluntary account closure, any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to standard verification procedures.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services shall first be submitted to 82jl's internal dispute resolution process by contacting [email protected]. 82jl will endeavor to resolve all disputes within 14 business days of receipt.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, it may be escalated to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism in accordance with applicable regulations. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines for any dispute that cannot be resolved through the above processes.
82jl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 82jl will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of the 82jl platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account before the effective date.
